Welcome to the KonfitenceMedia page and no I am not here to sell you false dreams of equal results, fast results that will ultimately have you searching for the next fad, and cater to your ego for you not to embrace the high potential you have. The agreement behind this brand and we endorse everyone to seek is to accept the individuality of everyone's why and starting point into living your ideal healthy lifestyle. Many different terms we call this process of accountability, A Heros Journey, Fitness Journey, Health Journey, Path to Oneself. I specificly love to call this the FitForKonfitence.

FitForKonfitence is a fitness and wellness brand teaching on topics from strength training, nutritional guidance, muscle building and fat loss sustainability. But one of the most important factors that needs more light to be shed on is the psychology and K(Confidence) involving this process. Just a muscle needs constant progressive overload to elicit growth and efficiency. Konfitence is the catylst for these results. The Heart and brain representing one of the most important organs of the body physically with iconic sayings that we probably used more than once in our life

when our actions are governed with these two in sync with each other our goals, discipline, and konfitence with task is at ease. Of course this being a fitness brand the physcial stresses we put onto the body will give us returning dividends when applied correctly.

What is our WHY?
Figuring out our why when it comes to taking on this journey to FitForKonFitence & our own fitness goals will be the most important first step into looking forward with the process. As a personal trainer coming up on 5 years at the time of writing my first blog, the cataylst for people 9/10 times stemmed from vanity. which there is not a problem with that, i got motivated and developed a passion for health and fitness through my own story of fitness, academics , and insecurity. The one thing that I kept track whenever i went through the fitness consultation with my clients is how this deeper attachment meaning beyond the physical changes they seen within their bodies developed more. They have learned to develop more apprecation in other aspects that definitely contribute to health and wellness which are disciplines of staying consistent for 1 month starting out or whatever that time is for you, which is much of a higher improvement then multiple failed attempts times prior. correlating the actions of going to the gym improved how they feel they are a better significant other to their partner, better friend, also that the gym is their time to disconnect from life stressors and be in the present moment with themselves. Lastly to meet themselves where they're at in their journey and to have compassionate with oneself
Which emotion is more productive for your fitness goals
Having the mindset of hate when it pertains to developing a more powerful, fulfilling body voids all the benefits mentioned before and detaches you from it. You can have healthy criticisms about your body due to wanting more improvement and health implications but; the initial step of love walked right in the mind when you first took accountability for it. you realized what needed to be changed and you are going to create sustainable approaches to keep the results. Hating your self in this process which is tied to most likely one thing being vanity does not highlight your individuality in this process. you're inevitably succumb to one of the hurdles,

Meeting yourself where you're at everyday enforces love and you're only bound by the improvements you will be looking forward to today with gratitude. this is the main key that the alot of people leave out when it comes to steps to sustainable fitness and health changes. what do we define as health and how are we realizing it everyday. the more we keep our mind grounded on this question then we will achieve me the goal I love to call FitForKonfitence
